New York Style Cheesecake

We were in the mood for cheesecake with our homemade blueberry sauce. To make it a little challenging, I decided to bake the cheesecake on our grill. We turned all three burners on high to bring the temp up to 375F. Then, we turned off the two back burners and placed the cheesecake (which was in a roasting pan) on the grill towards the back. Quickly but carefully, I poured hot water into the roasting pan, closed the lid, and adjusted the flame of the front burner to maintain a temp of 350F. Wasn’t sure if it would work, lol but lo and behold, a delicious and decadent cheesecake came into being. Sometimes, the best recipe is the one found on the package. 😁
