Alex at an Apple Orchard

We took Alex to an apple orchard this fall to pick apples and I wanted to take a few pictures of him with the apples. However, he did not want to have his picture taken at all that day and did whatever he could to prevent it. He kept turning away from me, or hiding his face behind a tree branch, or holding apples in front of his face. I finally gave up but not before I took a few pictures of him with the apples blocking his face. When I looked over the pictures that night, they reminded me of the famous painting – The Son of Man by Magritte. I think it’s the green apple that does it. What do you think?
