Fried Radish Cake and Porridge

I had fried radish cake (made this a while back and froze it and promptly forgot I have it until a couple of days ago, lol) and simple porridge with stir-fried green beans and roasted peanuts for breakfast. Comfort food indeed! ❤️

Radish cake recipe is from Porridge is simply made from rice (I love to use jasmine broken rice when making porridge) and low-sodium chicken broth, cooked until you get your desired consistency. Stir-fried green beans consists of oil, garlic, green beans, a little salt and fish sauce for seasoning, and eggs, which are scrambled into the green beans at the end. Enjoy!
