Tried Branzino for the first time – why does it taste so familiar? I feel like it tastes similar to another Asian fish but I don’t know what. 🤷🏻♀️ While we are on the topic of fish, I like to deep-fry my fish because I like to munch on the crispy head, fins, and tail, lol. Branzino, while delicious is not that kind of fish. The parts I mentioned are too hard to munch. Pomfret is pretty good and I can actually find it at the Asian store nowadays but are there others out there?
