Tuna Salad

I actually put this together late last night before I went to bed, anticipating that we would want something easy-peasy for lunch today and I’m all out of leftovers, lol. Delicious!

2 (7 ounce) cans tuna (I use Chicken of the Sea Tuna Chunk Light)
3/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1 stalk celery, diced
Black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Transfer to a container, cover, and chill until cold. Serve with crackers (we love Roasted Garlic Triscuit), cut up veggies, and cheese if desire.
