Of all the types of sushi, I decided to make hand roll sushi because it seems simpler compared to the rest and also, it doesn’t require a bamboo rolling mat (which I don’t have). :) We used the following ingredients for our sushi:
Nori (roasted seaweed) sheets, cut in half lengthwise
Sushi rice
Wasabi
Mayonnaise
Stir-fried chicken with unagi sauce
English cucumber, sliced into strips
Roasted sesame seeds
