Leaves everywhere and more to come, lol but look at that gorgeous blue sky and sunshine!!! My soul needed that! ❤️

It was a beautiful day and we managed to do some yard cleanup before the next batch of rain arrives tomorrow. Love the fresh, crisp air, the beauty around us, and sunshine on my face. Happy Fall, Everyone!

I was just lamenting yesterday evening that none of the variety of trees on our property changes color to orange or red (they all turn to yellow) when our Japanese Maple caught my eye. How could I have forgotten my favorite tree? It is certainly eye-catching with its gorgeous, bright red leaves. Love it!

It has been raining for days and most of the beautiful leaves are down! Will we ever see the sun again and not just for five seconds in between days of rain?
