We had a simple late lunch this afternoon – salmon with Penzeys Jerk Chicken and Fish Seasoning, served with rice and sweet corn. So easy and delicious!
Recipe:
Large piece of salmon from Costco 😂 (I didn’t even check the weight before throwing away the packaging)
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons (or use limes if you have limes…..I don’t)
5 teaspoons Penzeys Jerk Chicken and Fish Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
Bake in preheated oven of 375F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
