What is this sorcery?!! This dessert combo – matcha chiffon cake, passion fruit whipped cream and fresh strawberries (I added more after taking the photo) is out of this world!
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons Vonbee Passion Fruit Honey Puree (bought ours from Costco)
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the whip attachment, whip on medium high speed for 2-4 minutes until the mixture turns into whipped cream. Use immediately and store leftover in a container in the fridge for not more than 24 hours.
