So, you have leftover lemon juice after making lemon muffins……hmmm, what should you do with it? Make this easy-peasy lemony, garlicky shrimp dish – so delicious!
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
10-12 cloves garlic, minced
About 1 pound shrimp
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Place oil and garlic in a large frying pan, and cook over medium heat until garlic is fragrant and lightly golden brown. Add shrimp and sauté for 30 seconds. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and continue to sauté until shrimp is cooked through. Remove to a dish and serve. Enjoy.
