Received our order on Friday and will be trying heritage flours for the first time. Got a sample of sourdough starter from Sunrise Flour Mill as well – supposedly (according to the story passed down), this sourdough strain originated from Italy and has been maintained for over 100 years! I just reconstituted it a short time ago and it’s already smelling wonderful! So excited!
