The sauces I typically use in stir-fries (left to right):
1. Viet Huong Three Crabs Brand Fish Sauce
2. Koon Chun Thin Soy Sauce or Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce (not pictured)
3. Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce
4. Pearl River Bridge Mushroom Flavored Superior Dark Soy Sauce
5. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
