Been craving whole fish for the past couple of weeks. Finally made it to our local Asian store today and purchased these two beauties. Guess who ate the part with the head? Too delicious!
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
2 golden pomfret, cleaned
Oil for deep frying
Combine curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt, and coat fish with the mixture. Deep fry till fish is cooked and crispy. Enjoy!
