Roasted Cauliflower

The easiest side dish ever for your everyday meal or special occasion! Delicious too! ❤️

1 head cauliflower, cut into large chunks of florets*
Olive oil
Coarse salt and black pepper to taste

*If rinsing cauliflower florets (which I do), dry with cloth or paper towel. If the florets are too wet, they would just steam.

Preheat oven to 425F. Place cauliflower florets on a large baking sheet lined with foil, toss the cauliflower with oil (about two tablespoons), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Do not crowd the pan or the florets will again steam instead of roast (if it is a large cauliflower to begin with, I would roast in two batches). Once the bottom side has turned golden brown (about 8 minutes), turn the florets and roast for another 4 to 5 minutes until the other side has turned golden brown as well. Serve hot or at room temperature.
