We had sushi for lunch and dinner today. It was absolutely delicious! And it was actually my first time making rolled sushi with a bamboo mat – took me a couple of tries before I managed to get the hang of it. What do you think? Not too shabby for an amateur, right? :D
Nori (roasted seaweed) sheets
Cooked shrimp (I just sauté them plain, without oil in a nonstick pan)
Avocado, sliced into thin strips and coated with lemon juice to prevent browning
