Romaine with Feta Salad

You know that giant bag of romaine lettuce that you get from Costco, the one you’re not sure if you would be able to finish. Well, here’s a super-easy and tasty salad that you can make any day of the week and in no time at all, you’ll wonder what happened to all the romaine. :D

Use however much quantity you need:
Romaine lettuce hearts, rinsed and sliced thin
Your favorite salad dressing (we love feta with blue cheese dressing), enough to lightly coat the lettuce
Crumbled feta cheese
Toss all ingredients together and serve as a side dish or add some proteins for an entrée.

  1. You’re lucky to get so many romaine lettuces in one bag. I don’t know why, but most of the supermakerts I see here packed upto 4 very mini romaines in a bag. Great looking side dish and definitely packed with protein. LOL!

    1. And they’re cheap too (six big romaine hearts in a bag and I wanna say the whole bag cost maybe about $4). :D

    1. Thanks, Sonia! The yummy part is a must and the quick part is definitely a bonus in our busy lives. :D
